The Golden Shopping Mall is one of the hidden gems of Downtown Flushing. The recent renovation has modernized it, but the food in the basement still retains the down to Earth nature that it had throughout the years. The food is not just affordable, it's DELICIOUS, and there are a lot of options tucked into a small space. And they even have a bathroom here now!

Golden Mall opened in 1990 and it’s considered a pioneer of the modern food hall concept. They have a huge variety of foods, I tried three vendors while there, including Good Coconut, Gina Don and the Original Cake. Everything you want in one spot.

Visit: July 2024 A great place for food options (bubble tea, desserts, noodle soups, skewers, rice dishes, etc.). Lots of stores in a small space though, and limited seating, but worth a visit! I didnt get to try much food (only skewers) but would have loved to try other things there, if I had the stomach capacity

I had come here before the remodel and it is a world of difference. Well lighted, open and lots of good food. Many different place with the wide variety of foods. I ate my way through many stalls.

The food court is really small. They tried to pack as many chairs and tables at different stalls. They do have a restroom which is a bonus. I bought some stuff and took it to the park to enjoy.

I had the opportunity to do some exploring at Golden Mall, and I love every single inch of this place! Between the awesome experiences, kind and friendly (sweet & super bubbly staff) and delicious food, drinks and snacks! You can definitely get lost on an awesome food crawl (like I did!!) for hours!! Such a true hidden gem hole in the wall!! Loved it, and will definitely be back. Super under ground, vibey kinda street market feel! So awesome!

Don’t know the name of this eatery but it’s good service and decent food. They serve Fujian noodles with different toppings. Nice remodeling, everything looks clean.
